Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using the Platform for unlawful purposes, impersonating another person or entity, uploading malicious content, and attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. User Conduct: Users are responsible for their conduct while using the Platform. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and ensuring that all activities conducted through their accounts comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Restaurant and Delivery Partners

3.1. Agreement with Partners: Talabiyat.ma serves as a platform connecting users with restaurants and delivery personnel. We are not responsible for the actions or quality of service provided by these partners. Any agreements or transactions made between users, restaurants, and delivery personnel are solely between the parties involved.

3.2. Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of restaurant menus, pricing, and delivery details displayed on the Platform, we do not guarantee the correctness of such information. Users are encouraged to verify details directly with the respective restaurants or delivery personnel.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on Talabiyat.ma are the property of Talabiyat Food or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2. Use of Content: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Disclaimer: The use of Talabiyat.ma is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
