3. Refund Timeframe

3.1. Refunds for orders paid via cash on delivery will be processed promptly after the issue has been confirmed and the delivery refused, or if a refund is otherwise deemed necessary.

3.2. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's possession may vary based on the payment processing institution and is beyond the control of Talabiyat.ma. Please allow a reasonable period for the refunded amount to be credited back.
