1.2. Once the restaurant starts preparing the order or if it has already been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may be charged for the order.
2. Cancellation Process
2.1. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team immediately at contact@talabiyat.ma. Please provide your order details, including the order number, to facilitate the cancellation process.
2.2. Our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests that meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.1.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
3.1. If the order is eligible for cancellation as per the policy, and the payment was made using the cash on delivery option, no charges will be incurred by the customer.
3.2. For orders paid through other methods (if applicable), refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
4. Changes to Cancellation Policy
4.1. Talabiyat.ma reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
